Review and Report on the Run II Computing and Software Operations and Upgrade Planning with regard to

	Operating assumptions and policy considerations, particularly for Run 2b
	The status of critical systems such data handling and data bases, infrastructure, reconstruction, L3 filtering, and event display
	The role of remote computing and grid efforts
	Human resource estimates and adequacy
	Cost estimate and profile for hardware acquisition. The physics goals and requirements for Run 2a and Run 2b should be considered in this evaluation.
