The relative QE is obtained by comparing the average number of
photoelectrons observed from pixel to pixel and normalizing the
distribution to an average QE of 60% at 6.5 K and 6.5 V.
The rms of the normalised quantum efficiency distribution is
16% +/- 2% for most values of temperature and bias.
