This is a picture of the Gantry system at FNAL.  This robot constructs TOB modules by precisely positioning the silicon wafers and hybrids on a carbon fiber frame.  It also glues and measures the position of the components after the module has been constructed.  It can make three modules at one time and up to twelve modules a day.
