Technicolor Models and Signatures
This is an extended electronic version of the technicolor
signature table started by Regina
Demina at the Aspen Strong Dynamics 98' Workshop and completed by Eric
Flattum, Robert Harris, and Greg
Landsberg.
Master copy of the Excel 97 spreadsheet is maintained
by Greg Landsberg (please
send any corrections or additions to him via the above link).
An Excel 97 spreadsheet, available from this Web page,
is the most convenient way to work with the tables - it has sorting and
hiding functions incorporated via push-buttons. It is recommended that
you download the Excel
version of the table and work directly with it. If Excel 97 is unavailable
on your computer you can install an Excel 97 viewer (available free of
charge from Microsoft
site) or you can still see the table (presorted by the process for
your convenience) as separate HTML files for color
singlet, color
octet, and top-color
models, or as a single multipage PostScript
(might crash your Ghostview but still printable!) or PDF
file.
The spreadsheet consists of several fields, and one
can sort by any of the fields. Most commonly used sorts by the process,
final state objects, and backgrounds are implemented as push-buttons. Pushing
the same button twice reverses the sort order. The first field of the table
indicates specific processes, the rest of the fields (condition, objects
in the final state, backgrounds ordered by importance, theoretical references,
experimental references, current limits, and projected limits for Run II
where available) can be hidden/shown by pushing an appropriate button.
All underlined text fields are URL links and an appropriate paper can be
immediately downloaded by clicking on the corresponding link.
