A number of general documents are available that may be of interest to the members of the SC-IPC and the D0 Collaboration.
· There is an MS Project Schedule (same as .pdf) that was created to define the RunIIb installation process. It was developed to help the collaboration understand how long a Tevatron shutdown was required to install the RunIIb upgrade elements. It describes the RunIIb installation tasks from preinstallation “infrastructure” preparation, through physical installation, technical commissioning, and “physics commissioning” (defined to be the point at which the detector takes physics-quality data at least as well as it did before installation began). The schedule reiterates the predicted dates of completion of the various parts of the trigger upgrades and acknowledges the Laboratory’s definition of the start of the shutdown of the Tevatron. It is updated periodically as understanding of the complexity of the various tasks evolves.
· The Beams Division has provided a prediction (August, 2004) of the expected Tevatron Luminosities from the present through the end of RunIIb.
· There is of course the L0 Silicon CDR (a new document prepared for the substantially descoped silicon upgrade), and the Trigger TDR (the original RunIIb document remains mostly valid so it wasn’t rewritten), off the RunIIb web pages
· The SC-IPC provided an interim report of its activities to the collaboration at the Fresno Workshop, June 2004.
· The First Report of the SC-IPC was forwarded to the Spokespersons October 12, 2004.
· The Chairs briefed the Spokes, Technical Coordination Mgrs, and Upgrade Mgr on the First Report Oct 20, 2004.
· The IB was briefed at the December 2004 Collaboration Meeting regarding the First Report
· Some Manpower planning data (Dec 2004); Some new Trigger Leadership Sept 17, 2004, and L1 Cal Jan 31, 2005
· The Second Report of the SC-IPC was forwarded to the Spokespersons March 7, 2005
· Creation of the V15 Trigger Task Force June 2, 2005
· The Update to the Second Report of the SC-IPC was forwarded to the Spokespersons June 14, 2005
