- CFT light yield update : Boeriu
- looking at doublet light yield distributions from 0 to 512 ADC counts
- try looking at only >=256 ADC counts...
- plots (file doub1.ps)
- only one peak now from sum of the two singlets' ADC
- means are probably too high
- stereo most probable value is 15-17 pe
- axial most probable value is around 20 pe
- thought "doublet" meant all ADC values from 0 to 512. Is this not right?
- plotted light yield versus tick
- pages 9 and 10 of doublet_20adc.ps plots
- light yield does not seem to be influenced by tick number
- do not see any improvement in distributions
- light yield versus eta by sector
- pages 4 through 8 of doublet_20adc.ps plots
- sector 1 looked flatter before
- Drew suggested excluding the phi=0 region
- result is better agreement with other sectors:

- dashed crosses: sector 1 with -0.2 < phi < 0.2 excluded
- Future plans
- get 40,000 to 60,000 more data events processed
- choose just one fiber and get the light yield (as suggested by Juan)
