- have no idea if things are working
- need to test CTT against the 53MHz changes
- power supply modifications are done and went well
- web pages have been restructured to be clearer

- page 12 - plots now, restricting tan lambda to +-3
- top eight plots are stereo layer v2, bottom eight are axial layer 6
- labels for these plots...???
- Alan: axial cassettes should have higher gain,
but not seeing that in these plots

- top two are photo-electron threshold
- bottom two are photo-electron yield
- left two are versus phi
- right is versus eta
- Jadzia says the gain cannot be zero,
but Shabnam thinks she's getting zero values from the database. Both these
hypotheses need to be checked.

- All AFE boards have been modified
- red dot is 53MHz modification
- blue dot is no-capacitor modification
- crates 0x50, 0x51, 0x52 are running at 53MHz
- see problems with some sequencers
- see problems with some VTM's
- see other problems ... but in general it works - will stay
- plan to change crate 0x53 Wednesday or Thursday

- it was approved for the restructured project plan
- currently testing installation to see if it's too difficult
- will do tests on new TripT chip (which contains a fix for pipeline problems)
- internal decision about the plan will happen next March
