Minutes FPD D0 integration Meeting
November 1st

1) Victor 

The addresses for all of our boards (AFE, SEQ, VRB) are known. 
The Data Base (DB) is ready for doing test.  Some coordination 
with Jadzia Warchol and Geoff Savage is required. 

2) Carlos

AFE

The delays of the sequencer must be tested at CTS with John 
Anderson.

For testing the whole chain (Dipole,TPP,AFE,SEQ,VRB) in the 
final configuration, we will try to use the LMB. 

Other question is:
How do we test timing and check that the Sequencer delay is s
etup correctly?


For checking with real signals, we will need to see Fibber ADC 
(SVX counts) for different Sequencer delays.

Examine 

Table map for Dipole Detector is ready. We are coordinating with 
Abid Patwa the modification for FPS examine in order to convert 
it to a FPD examine.


3) Carley

Some coordination with the Muon team is required. Victor may be 
able to help, starting middle of next week.  The TDC boards were 
supposed to arrive this week, so we need to ask Brendan Casey 
about it.

4) Wanda

One suggestion about the documentation for the shifter is to have a 
label at the Top of the screen about the steps for moving Pots out.


5) Ricardo

The receiver for CFT, which is almost the same for FPD, has had some 
problems with glitches generated in the crossing time domain. It requires 
to improve the control system for reading and writing from RAM memories.

The design for the AFE third delay is starting.
