 Schedule ( near future)

January 5, 2000, Group II

schedule after that in 2000:
"on week" Group I ( start January 19)
"off week" Group II
December 16, 1999
January 6 & 20,2000
February 3 & 17, 2000
March 2 & 16, 2000 ( we skip March 30)
April 6 & 20, 2000

During the weekly Upgrade managers meeting it is not possible to go in detail through the whole upgrade project and we want to finish those meetings in two hours. So what we will do is the following scheme ( now that the try out period is over). We will divide the upgrade project in two groups, which would be defined as follows:

 Group I  Group II
 Silicon & electronics
Online
Installation & Commissioning
Calorimeter
Fiber tracker & electronics
Muon system & Electronics
Trigger ( incl. luminosity)
FPS & CPS
Solenoid

Each week we will go through one group in more detail ( see schedule above), which means that we expect a short presentation ( 15 minutes) from subsystems in that group. This does not mean that people representing the other group should not be present. We still want to have short reports from everybody (without transparencies) in the other group. Every group being represented at these meetings will become more and more important, because the overall status of the project and Installation & Commissioning will become a focus in the near future and these things will have impact on everybody. For example we may have to prioritize resources and for such discussions all subsystem managers should be present. We want to use this scheme as a guideline, but may deviate from the pattern outlined above, whenever necessary, given the circumstances.
