SCHEDULE:

Thursday, March 15 in 1-North (where the Credit Union used to be)
    2:30 PM -- Executive Session with Committee members only
    2:45 PM -- Combined session with DZero project people

Thursday, March 15, 3 - 5 PM
    Breakout sessions in smaller rooms with DZero subproject managers
     Room list available at the 2:45 meeting in 1-North

Friday, March 16, by 5 PM
     One member from each Subcommittee should email John Cooper
 a copy of the Subcommittee's conclusions.
     The email should include:
    1. A "finding" that just restates the ETC presented by DZero for that subproject.
    2. A set of "comments" indicating differences to the ETC found by your review
    3. A "finding" that just restates the contingency analysis of DZero for
         that subproject.
    4. A set of "comments" indicating your estimate of the required contingency.

Monday, March 20 @ 2 PM in the Comitium
    Close-out Session with DZero managers and Ken Stanfield
    One member from each Subcommittee should give a 5-minute talk
        on the conclusions of their Subcommittee based on the previous
        Friday's email to John Cooper.
     John Cooper will assemble the written comments for distribution.
