        Enclosed is the cost estimate. It has been corrected and updated relative
to the PMG presentation I made. Here are the changes from the PMG. Note that
Harry will make a web page with the cost estimate.

Comments
========
* The ETC is calculated as of end Jan 2000
* Any MOU's placed with universities are considered fully obligated and thus
not part of the ETC
* Prior Year obligations can change because they enter as the req amount and
change if the PO changes
* There is no contingency in the estimate.
